What I'm Building

Enterprise revenue and marketing systems

Two decades of building the operational backbone behind revenue.

Delivered across multiple enterprises

The problem

Revenue operations in a large organization is a systems problem long before it is a strategy problem. The tools do not integrate, the data does not reconcile, and the hand-offs between marketing and sales leak at every seam.

The idea

Treat the whole revenue engine as one system. Get the platforms integrated, the data clean and attributed, and the customer journeys automated — so the organization can measure what it does and improve on it deliberately.

What I built

Across a global law firm and an international SaaS company, I led marketing-automation programs end to end: global platform deployments across regions and brands, lead-scoring and attribution models, automated customer-journey campaigns, analytics and reporting stacks, and the CRM integrations that tie it all together.

Earlier still, inside a Fortune 100 enterprise, I managed large paid-media programs and built the operational infrastructure behind them.

How it works

The through-line is systems thinking: understand the whole flow, then build the connective tissue that lets the parts work as one. The specific platforms changed from engagement to engagement; the discipline did not.

The outcome

The full catalog below shows the range — dozens of delivered projects across automation, analytics, compliance, web operations, and strategy. Most predate the AI work, and that is the point: the same operator instinct runs through all of it.

What I learned

Every one of these was a lesson in building the foundation before the features. The reason the AI work compounds now is that I spent two decades learning what happens when it does not.
